new job.....

Hey guys,
Well it had to happen - my days of leisure are almost over - I start my new job on Monday. Scored a role with AXA. It's located in town so it's nice and close! :-)

Sent George my resignation letter last week *sigh* another CBA bites the dust!

Hope everyone is still alive and kicking?! Michael are you still living it up in Seoul?
I was watching a documentary on the history of the A380 (Foxtel rocks BTW!) , and it had some footage of the maiden flights, but I couldn't see you on there - it looked like a real party atmosphere though!

Well Holy God, Courtenay. Welcome back to the land of the gainfully employed.

What are you going to be doing at AXA.

I've just been breezing through the bisspeople blog and get the impression that it was one hell of holiday that you had. Good on you.

And Michael moving to Seoul? If you're reading this, Michael, well done and I wish you all the very best.

I'm still churning away here at the Bank, although I've moved between departments several times. I've now taken a permenant position with Tom Richardson in the Core Banking Modernisation space - a big piece of work that will run for about four years.

I still keep in touch with some of the old team: Steve Pampalis, Abha Kharwa, Dave Dimenna.

Mrs B and the kids are in great form, though the kids are now teenagers - you'll know what I'm talking about, Michael, when I say the probelms don't diminish, they merely change!

Righto, that's about it from me. I'll scan again in a few days to see what's come up.

All the best,

Rob
