Interesting pics

Hey guys - loved Michael's pics and it actually inspired me to do something similar. I uploaded a few pics of my honeymoon including some wonderful errrr....rock formations that look every similar to .....well...just have a look and you will get the picture :) I have uploaded 2 pics - one by itself and another one I was "encouraged" to be in...hey all the tourists did it; when in Rome.....
Anyways I will leave it up to your imagination! All the other pics at http://www.webshots.com/user/cleeshoy

We had a bit of a X'mas do this afternoon - was supposed to be a BBQ with games by the beach, however freezing rain and wind only allowed the BBQ to take place. The beach games were replaced by a short walk to Clovelly Hotel for drinks instead :-)

apologies

Michael and all,

I must apologise for leaving too early. Although I had planned to leave earlier than most party animals, I had to urgently jet home and to my horror found my son infected with staph on his skin like he had been attacked by aliens - so i had to urgently take him to the doctor and to my relief it wasn't fatal. Posting a picture of what he looked like that night would make grown men cry.

You all really seemed to have enjoyed the party (esp. Santa) and I only wish i could have been there to laugh at all of you (haha). I'll make sure i'll make the most of the next one!

As always, Anne's unique sense of journalism is amusing to read although sometimes I have no clue what she's talking about but all the more entertaining.

Thanks again Michael for organising this event, for such a great bunch of people. I certainly enjoyed it for the time I was able to be there, albeit only the 'sober' period. Happy Xmas to you all.

Thank you Santa for joining us at the last moment.. and doing such a wonderful job, bringing presents and treating the team to some humour and harrassment. I think there were others who provided more harassment than you and I'm not suggesting anything by showing this picture first :-)
But I had a great time. It was wonderful to see you all.
Financially we did ok so many thanks for your contribution towards my credit card bill :-)

As for the pictures.. I am still enjoying them hee hee :-) .. some editing is needed... I need to thicken my hair for one... :-) and while certain people are extremely photographic there are a few of us that need touching up.. well that as well I guess... :-) I will place pictures on a web site and send the link because there are too many for the blog.

Here you all are.. great team.. thank you .. Michael

What a night!

Well, what can I say? I hope everyone enjoyed last night's party as much as I did. I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard for so long.

It was great to see everyone again and even better to see that we all still get along so well.

A sincere thank you to Michael for organising the event; I hope this starts a BISSpeople Christmas tradition!

I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

It says "CBA - Michael Dodd"

Well, we finally got to see each other again ... I personally felt great to see you all again up on the Rooftop bar.

Adding to George's post, I would like to touch base of the what I learnt and shared:
Courtenay already learnt the tales of how to be one of us - a MBA (Married But Available), see I told you CLS is a fast learner :P
Michael didn't tell us his new horse, but he showed us instead the 'na*ed' picture in his new camera.
Lan cancelled her European holiday since she left.

The whole night was full of Yoong tearing apart her men (pretty much BAU stuff). The most I could see from my spot was purely all the men playing musical chairs to try not to sit next to Yoong. Poor Robbie, he could hardly get his shirt in one piece for the whole of the night. Even Rafael needed to escape with his wet pants, let alone Jonny who scretly dismissed into no-where. Maithri is now being certified of "no more C support for the rest of his life"; having Emmanoul sweating from inside out using up all our serviettes. Don was the worst case, he dismissed without even saying hello. (I hope his family will be getting better soon, as I understand, I have the full house of patients at home at the moment.)

I hope these men will still come next year no matter what ... and I sincerely hope that Michael can get me a more reliable partner next round.

Congratulations to Courtenay getting married and Gerry getting engaged this year - guess who is left behind single and thus getting married next year? :P

Anyway, it was fun to see you all. Sincerely wishing you and your family a safe and fabulous x'mas & new year.

love,
soanne

Well, one more sleep to go then it's time for the big Xmas event. Looking forward to seeing all you guys again up on the Rooftop.

I'm sure we'll have lots to catch up on and hopefully more than just work. Courtenay has tales of weddings and travels; Michael has a new horse he is breaking in for jumping; Lan's had a holiday since she left and I've started sailing again - including an offshore race last weekend (2 Dec). I'm sure we'll have lots more to talk about as the evening flows on.

See you in the Rooftop Bar on top of SkyGardens Tuesday evening, 5 Dec from 5:30 pm. Don't forget to bring your Kris Kringle present and your happy face!

Cheers,
George

last minute rush

bisspeopleIt's Friday night and I thought what better way to wind down the week than to (finally!) have a read of the crnannds blog... it's great to see us all staying in touch. Yes, this is my first post, I hope it works ok for me, I'd hate to have to raise a case... I had enought fun and games with Bookcase to last a lifetime I'm sure.
And I can't wait to catch up with everyone in person next week, yes, that is the reason for the title, I guess everyone will be rushing to the shops tomorrow to get our Kris Kringle pressies sorted. Should be a good laugh! See you all there :)
